How can I find a researcher for a fee to find stats on afro-americans in the 1940′s? divorce, crime, etc?

I have been to all of the government sight but they don’t go back to the forties. I am interested in stats from the 1940′s concerning afro-american divorces, crime, and single parent households. I will need info to cite where stats were attained.
